Will my Witchbox be packaged discreetly?
Your magickal box will be packaged in our very own discreet Witchbox packaging. This box will appear as a brown cardboard box on the outside (with only a small Witchbox logo in the corner so you know its from us). It is only once your Witchbox is opened the magickal secrets are revealed.
When will I receive my Witchbox?
- Each Witchbox is shipped on the 16th of the month (+/- 2 days) and our monthly cut of date is the 15th.
- Witchboxes are shipped with Royal Mail second class for UK orders.
- International Witchboxes to America, Germany and France are sent tracked.
- EU boxes are expected to arrive 2-4 weeks after shipping, but can arrive faster. Please note our costs do not include VAT and you may have pay this on box arrival.
- Rest of the world boxes can take up to 6 weeks, although we typically expect them to arrive with 1-4 weeks.
Will I have to re-subscribe every month?
No, you only have to sign up once to receive your Witchbox every month.
How do I can cancel my Witchbox?
Your subscription is completely within your control. If you create a Witchbox account you can cancel, pause or skip whenever you want. There is no minimum order or penalty for cancelling your subscription. If you have any issues with this please get in contact and we can make these changes for you.
Can I pay using Paypal?
Yes, although you cannot sign up for a rolling monthly subscription via Paypal if you order using our gift options Paypal will be available as a payment method.
What will be in be in my Witchbox?
Your Witchbox will be themed around a new witchy topic each month and will contain at least 9 magikcal items! Take a look at our past Witchboxes for the full contents.

What is a Witchbox exclusive?
A Witchbox exclusive is an item that Witchbox has either made or designed for you. These magickal goodies cannot be found anywhere else and are totally exclusive to Witchbox. Some examples of Witchbox exclusives are our manifestation pen kit, full moon herb blend, witches brew mug and dragons blood ink.
Do I need to be an experienced Witch to subscribe?
No, each Witchbox is created to be suitable for both experienced practitioners and beginner Witches. Your Witchbox will include information written by our resident English witch to guide you through each item in your box. If you would like more information about an item in your box check out our blog or get in contact and we would be more than happy to help.
Is Witchbox suitable for all genders?
Yes, Witchbox welcomes all regardless of gender identity. Our boxes do often contain jewellery items but we believe witches of all genders would be able to enjoy these items made by us.
