Shipping
We aim to ship orders received within one working day of receipt. If an item you have ordered is out of stock or likely to take longer to deliver, we will notify you by email.
We ship items using Royal Mail second-class post and sometimes, for larger items, by other couriers. Most UK orders will arrive within 2 – 3 days of being sent, but please allow up to 7 – 10 days for your order to arrive.
Orders sent to Europe or further afield may take much longer (2-3 weeks). If you have not received your order by this time, please contact us. We may advise you to check with your local service provider using the tracking number provided at the time the parcel was shipped.
Where possible, we will provide assistance for any parcels that do not arrive, but we are not liable for any loss, either material or financial.
We pack our parcels with care, and as such, we cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during shipping, and any damage so caused should be taken up with either Royal Mail or the courier. We will do our best to assist in any claim for damage that you may make.
In the rare instance that your order is particularly heavy or bulky and we are unable to deliver at our quoted rates, we will advise you accordingly.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs duty or other duties imposed upon you, and we would advise you to check for any such duties due before placing your order.
Witchbox Single Item Shop Returns
We accept returns provided that we receive your item within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. Return postage and packaging will be at your own expense unless you choose to deliver the item to our offices in Lincoln.
Please contact us prior to returning any item so that we can give you a return tracking number (RTN).
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and, if it is unused and all packaging is intact, we will refund you the cost of your item, less a restocking fee of 10%.

Monthly Subscription Boxes / Special Feature boxes / Surprise Boxes / Witchcraft Boxes / Crystal Boxes
Our subscription boxes are hand-packed and created with items picked especially for our subscribers. Each box contains a variety of items selected to give all our subscribers the best box we can curate each month.
In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with the box that you have received, please contact us in the first instance. We will review and confirm next steps within 48 hours.
Assuming we accept a return, then return postage is at your own expense, and once we have received your box back and are satisfied that all items within the box are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging, we will refund you less a restocking/ admin fee of 20% of the original price.
It should be noted that under UK law, we do not have to provide a refund for a surprise-based box that was delivered and received by you, but as a company that prides itself on good customer service, we are happy to review this on a case-by-case basis and may accept returns based on the conditions contained within this section.

Please mark the outside of the box with return code: RTNBOX, followed by your name. I.e RTNBOX-Your Name.
Spells, Kits & Rituals and Custom Spells
All of our exclusive and handmade spells, spell kits and rituals are written and prepared by a practising English witch.
Magick is personal in nature, and the effectiveness of our spells, spell kits and rituals will vary according to many factors, including your own practice.
We therefore cannot guarantee that any particular spell will have any particular result and would advise you to treat all spell work with caution. Be mindful of what you wish for.
Spells, spell kits and rituals are never a substitute for seeking professional help or medical opinions.
