Collection: Witchcraft Subscription Box

The subscription and payment cut off date for the next box to ship is shown on the website header.

IMPORTANT - Please read ALL of the below information before you subscribe - thank you.

Subscription boxes must be paid for by the cut of date of the month in question in order to receieve that month's themed box in our normal shipping run. 

If you pay (i.e. subscribe, as your payment is taken the day you subscribe) on or after the cut off date, then your first subscription box will be the following month's box.

However, if you missed the cut off date and wanted that month's box then please make contact and we can see what is possible. 

What day of the month will my payment be taken?

Your payment processing date will be set by the day/date you subscribe. 

So for example, if you subscribed on the 5th of the month, your payments will alwsys be taken on the 5th of each month - but this can be changed by you and or us (see below).   

Please if possible do NOT subscribe on the 15th or 16th of the month as the 15th and 16th are our processing and shipping days (normally).  If you do subscribe on these dates we will contact you to look to move your payment date to either before or after these days of the month.

NOTE - If you subscribe on a day that is not ideal for you, we can move your payment day to a more suitable date of your choice e.g. the end of the month or the start of the month (which is actually better for us as well).  Please contact us if this is somthing you would like us to do for you or you can login to your on-line account and make this change.

Box Shipping Date

Box's are shipped on the 16th of each month (+/- 2 days).   If the 16th falls on a weekend we will either ship on the Friday before or Monday after.   You will also receive an email to advise your Witchcraft box is on its way.
