How to report an issue or fault with any products supplied

Reporting Product Issues and or Faulty Items

If you find that any of the items supplied to you to be faulty or you have an issues when using the product, please complete the form below giving us as much detail as possible relating to the product and the issue or fault you have expericenced.

Please provide your Full Name and Phone Number and then the core details as listed below in the message section of the form:

  • Subscription Box Name
  • The date you received the Subscription box
  • The Product Name of the item at fault or you have an issue with
  • An explanation of the issue / fault
  • Any other relevant information that will help us in dealing with the issue / fault

Once we have received your message we will respond back to you either via phone call (if you have provided your contact number) and or via electronic means (email) within two working days with an acknowledgement of the reported issue / fault.  We may ask for additional information (including pictures) as required to help us understand the reported issue / fault.

We will then investigate the raised issue / fault and respond back within 5 working days of receiving the issue / fault notification and provide guidance on how we intend to resolve the raised issue. 

All raised issues will be logged within our systems to provide full traceability for us, yourselves and any other third party that might need to be involved,
