How to report a product issue or fault

Reporting Product Issues and or Faulty Items

If you find that any of the items supplied to you are faulty or you have an issue when using the product, please complete the form below, giving us as much detail as possible relating to the product and the issue or fault you have experienced.

Please provide your Full Name and Phone Number, and then the core details as listed below in the message section of the form:

  • Subscription Box Name (if applicable)
  • The date you received the parcel containing the product
  • The Product Name of the item that is at fault
  • An explanation of the issue/fault
  • Any other relevant information that will help us in dealing with the issue/fault

Once we have received your message, we will respond to you either via phone call (if you have provided your contact number) or via electronic means (email) within two working days with an acknowledgement of the reported issue/fault.  We may ask for additional information (including pictures) as required to help us understand the reported issue/fault.

We will then investigate the raised issue/fault and respond within 5 working days of receiving the issue/fault notification, and provide guidance on how we intend to resolve the raised issue. 

All raised issues will be logged within our systems to provide full traceability for us, yourselves and any other third party that might need to be involved.
