Witchbox On-Line Account Information
Why do I have an online account, and what is it used for?
When you subscribe to our Witchbox monthly box, you will automatically be created an online account. You will have or will be asked for your email address and to create a password allowing you to log in.
Once you have logged in, you will be able to do the following:
- Review all details of existing and previous orders
- Manage your whole account
- Review and update addresses
How do I access my Witchbox online account?
To gain access to your account:
- Navigate to the Witchbox website (desktop or mobile)
- Click the person icon at the top right of the screen, as shown in the picture.

The following screen will be shown:

1. Enter your username (normally your email address) and the password you created when the account was created. If you have forgotten your password, follow the "forgotten your password" link on this page and follow the directions on screen.
If, for any reason, you do not have an account already created, you can create one using the "create account" link on this login page.
2. Assuming your login details match those held on our systems, the screen will change to show you the high-level "My Account" screen (see image 2 below).

Looking at image 2 above:
Number 1
These buttons allow you access to subscription orders that have been assigned to your account. When pressed, a new screen will open to show you the full details of that order. There are no actions that can be made on these screens, as they are for information only.
Number 2
When pressed, this link will open a new screen (see image 3 below) called Manage Subscriptions - see below.
Number 3
This button allows you to view and manage your addresses held within your account.

When you press the Manage Subscriptions link, the screen below opens:

This is the main control screen that allows you full access and control over all aspects of your account.
Looking at image 3 above:
Number 1
Edit Button. This allows you to update your primary details, and it helps us manage your account when these details are completed, including your phone number.
Number 2
This link, when pressed, opens the screen below and allows you to control the orders within your subscription.
So, for example, if you wanted to pause all future orders, you would select the last option "Pause future orders", and this stops all orders from processing (i.e. no payments and no boxes) until the account status is changed.

Number 3
Order Now Button - this button will add orders to your subscription, but should not be used.
Number 4
Pressing this link takes you to the product connected to your subscription.
Number 5
Pressing this would allow you to change the frequency of your orders, BUT currently the only option is monthly - but see Section 4 below if you would like to skip months and maybe make your subscription send a box every other month.
Number 6
Pressing the Add Products button allows you to add extra products to your subscription, BUT this is not normal, as most people have just one monthly subscription box and order other products from the shop as single purchases.
Expanding Sections - starting with a > before the name
Below the address area, 7 expanding sections open when you click on them. Each section allows you to see and control items within that section.
Section 1 - Payment Information
This section both shows you your currently selected payment method and also allows you to change/update your payment method.
Changing your Payment Method - If you want or need to update your payment method, press the button called "Change Payment Information", and you will be sent an email from Witchbox. Follow the instructions within the email and make any changes needed.
Section 2 - Address and Shipping Information
This section allows you to update your shipping address. Therefore, for example, if you are moving house or the address we have on record is not correct, you can press the "edit" link next to your address, and the screen will change to allow you to enter new address details and then save/update the address we hold for you.
Update Address Note - Please remember that if you do need to change your address due to a move, this should be updated before your next payment due date, as once your payment has been taken, a postal address record will have been created, meaning that even though you have updated your address within our systems, the next postal label may still be incorrect.
Therefore, we would ask you to please let us know you have made an address change using the contact us form so that we can check the status of any postal record that may have been created.
Section 3 - Products in my Subscription
This section allows you to see the existing product connected to your subscription.
There are two other functions within this screen. "Add Products" and "Swap Product". We would recommend that neither of these functions be used, and if you need to add or swap products, you contact us for help.
Section 4 - Manage Upcoming Orders
This section allows you to manage the pre-setup orders that are due to be processed each month into the future. It lists many months into the future, and if you want to skip a month, you just need to press the Skip Shipment link next to the month in question, and that month's order will not be processed (i.e. no payment and no box shipped).
So, if, for example, you wanted to receive a box every other month, you would simply skip shipments for every other month, starting with the first month you wanted to skip.
Remember, you can always come back here and recover a month's shipments by pressing the Recover Shipments link for your chosen month, but remember that this needs to be actioned BEFORE the cut-off date for that month.
Section 5 - Order History
This section shows you all of the subscription orders that have happened against your account.
Section 6 - Discount Codes
This section allows you to enter any discount codes as provided by us from time to time.
Section 7 - Cancel Subscription
This section allows you to request to close your subscription with Witchbox. If, for any reason, you need or want to close your subscription and account, select this function and follow the instructions provided. You would need to start a new subscription if you wanted to start receiving subscription boxes again from us.
