Crystalbox Subscription Box

Crystalbox subscription boxes operate on a "month in advance" payment model. 

This means the month you pay in is for the box shipped in the following month.  i.e., you pay in January for the delivery of the February box, and so on.  The payment and thus subscription cut-off date is shown at the top of the website.

Therefore, payments must be paid by the cut-off date of the month in question in order to receive a box the following month.  If you pay (i.e., as your payment is taken the day you subscribe) after the cut-off date, then your subscription box will be the following month's box.

However, if you missed the cutoff date and wanted that month's box, then please make contact, and we can see what is possible.  Boxes are shipped on the 16th +/- 2 days of each month.  Full details can be found by clicking here.

Postage / Shipping Charges - We always try to keep postage and shipping charges as low as possible, and we do not make any money on postage but just pass on the costs we are charged.  You will be shown the shipping charges at checkout for your entered delivery location.

What will be inside each monthly Crystalbox?

Your Crystalbox Subscription will include examples of, but not limited to, the following items:

  • It may also have other special items from time to time

The theme and, of course, contents of the box will change each month, and we will provide detailed information about the items contained, together with why they are super special. We are sure that you will love each month's box filled with amazing crystal items.

Postage and Shipping Details

  • Postage will be added at checkout time and is based on your delivery location.
  • The boxes will be shipped on or around the 16th of the month (+/- 2 working days).
  • The boxes will be sent via second-class, tracked postage.
  • Please note that if you are an existing Witchbox Witchcraft subscriber, these Crystal boxes will be sent separately to your existing Witchcraft box.
