Shipping, Costs & Packing

Shop Items and Single Box Orders - We aim to ship all orders received within one working day of receipt of order placement and payment.
Witchcraft Subscription Box Orders - We ship these subscription box orders on the 16th of the month (+/- two working days)
Crystalbox Subscription Box Orders - We ship these subscription box orders on the 10th of the month (+/- two working days)
If an item you have ordered is out of stock or likely to take longer to deliver, we will notify you by email.
We ship most items using Royal Mail, second-class tracked postage and sometimes, for larger items, by other couriers.
When we ship your order, you will receive an email to confirm this, together with the tracking number for your parcel.
Most UK orders will arrive within 2 – 3 days of being sent, but please allow up to 5 – 7 days for your order to arrive.
Orders sent to Europe or further afield may take much longer (2-3 weeks). If you have not received your order by this time, please contact us. We may advise you to check with your local service provider using the tracking number provided at the time the parcel was shipped.
Where possible, we will assist with any parcels that do not arrive, but we are not liable for any loss, either material or financial.
We cannot be held responsible for any customs duty or other duties imposed upon you, and we would advise you to check for any such duties due before placing your order.

We pack our parcels with care, and as such, we cannot be held responsible for damage occurring during shipping.
However, please do let us know if you have received broken or damaged items or items that might be faulty in your parcel, or by clicking here.
Any damage to the box should be taken up with either Royal Mail or the courier we used.
We will do our best to assist in any claim for damage that you may make.

The postage/shipping costs are calculated at checkout time based on two factors: Delivery location and total weight.

In the rare instance that your order is particularly heavy or bulky and we are unable to deliver at our quoted rates, we will advise you accordingly.
