Return and Refund Information

1.0 Single Shop Items

  • This section relates to all items found within our Shop Items section of this website.
  • We accept returns provided that we receive your item within 14 days of receipt, undamaged, unused and with all original packaging intact.
  • Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide you with a returns tracking number (RTN)
  • Return postage and packaging will be at your own expense unless you choose to deliver the item in person to our Lincoln office address.
  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and, if it is unused and all packaging is intact, we will refund you the cost of your item, less a restocking fee/administration fee of 10% of the item returned.
  • In the rare event that your item is faulty or you have any issues with an item, in the first instance, please contact us using the form provided by clicking here.

     

    2.0 Witchcraft and Crystalbox Surprise Boxes

    • By the nature of these boxes, they are ordered and supplied as a surprise (unseen) before order.
    • The contents of these boxes will be based on the type of box ordered.
    • No refund is offered for these types of boxes.
    • Any issues with or damaged items supplied in these boxes should be reported to us within 48 hours of receiving the box by clicking here and completing the online form or by emailing us at info@witchbox.co.uk.

    It should be noted that under UK law, we do not have to provide a refund for a surprise-based box that was delivered and received by you, but as a company that prides itself on good customer service, we are happy to review this on a case-by-case basis and may accept returns based on the conditions contained within this section.

    Please get in touch with us via email prior to returning any item so that we can give you a Return Tracking Number (RTN).

     

    3.0 Monthly Subscription Boxes

    • Our subscription boxes are hand-packed and created with items picked especially for our subscribers.
    • Each box contains a variety of items selected to give all our subscribers the best box we can curate each month.
    • In the rare event that you are dissatisfied with the box that you have received, please, in the first instance, contact us, and we will review and confirm next steps within 48 hours.
    • Please contact us before returning any item so that we can provide you with a returns tracking number (RTN)
    • Assuming we accept a return, we will confirm this via email
    • The return postage is at your own expense.
    • Once we have received your box back and are satisfied that all items within the box are undamaged, unused and in their original packaging, we will refund you less a restocking and admin fee of 20% of the original price; otherwise, we will offer you 50% of the purchase price.

    • These boxes are ordered as single purchase items, and the core contents of these boxes can be seen before you purchase them.

    5.0 Custom Spells Kits

    • All of our exclusive and handmade spells, spell kits and rituals are written and prepared by our very own practising English witch.
    • As such, these items can not be returned or refunded as they have been created just for you.
