EU Customers - Please Read

Important Update - 29th June 2026

Please be advised that as of 29th June 2026, we have made the difficult decision to stop taking orders and shipping most of our box products as listed below to ALL EU countries.  However, please see the update below, "14th July 2026"

This restriction applies to the following core box products:

• Witchcraft Subscription Box (update: 14th July - please note below)
• Crystal Subscription Box (update: 14th July - please note below)
• Witchcraft and Crystal Surprise boxes
• Previous Subscription Boxes
• Specliest Witch Boxes
• Advent Calendar

Please note that the Sabbats Box Set falls outside this restriction as its value is over EUR 150, which is the cutoff limit for these new import taxes.

Why have we done this?

This is because import tax charges change on 1 July 2026, so each of these boxes will incur a large import tax for you, which will more often than not be more than the box itself.

The change means that for each unique Customs Code (HS code) within the box, a EUR 3 charge will be applied.  This will result in a large import charge, which we know our customers will not wish or be able to pay.

Shop Item Orders

Please note that orders for items in our Shop, even when available to order from an EU country, will incur an additional EUR 3 charge per item (based on the type of item).  

For example.  Your order contains 3 separate and different items (book, candle, bowl, for example).  Each one of these items will attract a EUR 3 import tax, so you will be required to pay an extra  EUR 9 to customs.

There is nothing we can do to stop or mitigate this, as it was a change passed by the UK government and all EU countries.  However, if we do find a solution, we will, of course, update our systems and post this on our social sites and on this website.

Update - 14th July 2026

We have created a new 3-month 'prepaid' purchase option to allow our EU customers to still buy our Witchcraft boxes.

How it works

• This new purchase option means you will order and pay for 3 months' worth of boxes in one go (including postage). 
• We will not ship your boxes monthly but instead hold onto your boxes each month until the third month and then ship all 3 boxes together in a single box.
• In doing this, the total shipped box value will be over the EUR 150 limit set by the new rules, and you will therefore not be charged the EUR 3 per item import tax.
• The product will be set to be based on 3 x monthly boxes plus 3 postage charges plus a little extra to just take it over the EUR 150 mark.
• The product will be set to auto-renew every 3 months until cancelled (like the normal monthly subscription).
• You can cancel at any time, but when you order, it will be for 3 boxes at a time, so for example, if you cancelled after the first month, we will still ship you all three boxes and then your subscription will cancel.
• In essence, you are committing to a minimum of 3 boxes each time the order is processed.
