Payment Cut-off Dates and Delivery Dates Explained

This page explains how we process your payments and when we ship our subscription products.

Witchcraft Subscription Box

We ship these boxes on or around the 16th of each month ( +/- 2 working days, depending on whether the 16th falls on a weekend day).

If your payment is made between the 16th of the current month and the 15th of the following month, we will ship your box on the 16th of the following month.  

Example:  Your payment is made on the 17th of March. Therefore, you have paid for the April box, and we will ship the box on the 16th of April.

Crystalbox Subscription Box

We ship these boxes on or around the 10th of each month ( +/- 2 working days, depending on whether the 10th falls on a weekend day).

If your payment is made between the 1st and the end of the current month, we will ship your box on the 10th of the following month.  

Example:  Your payment is made on the 17th of March. Therefore, you have paid for the April box, and we will ship the box on the 10th of April.

Note on payment date/day

Please remember that your payment date/day is normally the day of the month you first subscribed, but it is possible to move the payment date to another date (for example, the 1st of the month).  If you would like to move your payment processing date, please contact us.
