Todays item is:   Grounding Candles (Set of 4)

These four grounding candles are designed to help you centre your energy and stay connected to the earth.

Perfect for meditation, ritual work, or simply creating a calming atmosphere, they support focus, stability, and emotional balance.

Use them individually or together to create a circle of grounding energy in your sacred space.

Idea on how to use them

Simple Grounding Ritual Purpose: Centre your energy and reconnect with the earth. You’ll need: 4 grounding candles, and a quiet space. 

Steps:

1. Place the candles in a square or circle around you.
2. Light each candle, saying: “Earth below, guide me now, steady my mind and calm my brow.”
3. Sit quietly and visualise roots growing from your feet into the earth, anchoring you.
4. Breathe slowly and imagine any tension or scattered energy flowing down into the ground, leaving you cantered and calm.
5. Extinguish the candles one by one, thanking the earth for its support.

Safty Tip

Please never leave lit candles unattended.
