Prepaid/Fixed Term T/C's
This set of conditions and terms applies to our prepaid, fixed-term order type with regular shipments, and is legally governed by the distance selling regulations and consumer credit laws.
This order type requires upfront payment and does not auto-renew.
Our terms below strictly dictate the delivery schedule, fixed financial liability, and strict cancellation rights.
Key legal terms and consumer protections for this arrangement include:
- Fixed Financial Liability: You will pay a lump sum upfront for a finite number of shipments. The contract terminates automatically at the end of the term, legally bypassing the need for cancellation.
- Delivery Obligations: Witchbox will deliver the regular shipments on the agreed dates or periods. We will ship these boxes at the same time as all normal monthly witchcraft boxes are shipped (on or around the 16th of the month).
- 14-Day Cooling-Off Period: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have 14 days from receiving the first shipment/box to cancel the entire contract and receive a refund. Please see our standard refund policy.
- Cancellation for Late Delivery: If Witchbox fails to meet the specified delivery schedule and has been given a reasonable time (7 working days) to respond and resolve the issue, you have the legal right to cancel the remainder of the contract and claim a full refund for all undelivered goods.
- General Cancellation and Refunds: Please note that you are ordering several boxes in one go via a single payment and, as such, you are not entering into a traditional subscription plan, but rather you are entering into a Prepaid/Fixed-term contract for a deferred delivery of boxes. As such, unless you involve the 14-Day cooling-off period clause or have an issue with Late Deliveries (as detailed above), then no refunds are available, and Witchbox will continue to deliver all boxes paid for.
