The customer experience is always our main focus at Witchbox and we want every box that you receive to recapture the magick and excitement of your first. March's 'Earth Element' box was our highest value box yet, at an RRP of £84, and moving forward we are increasing the base value of our box to a minimum of £70 retail value! This will allow us to include consistent higher-quality items that we know you will love in each of your boxes.

Faster international shipping

We know that our international customers have to wait a little bit longer to receive their boxes each month and we understand how frustrating it can be. Now, orders to America, Canada, Netherlands, France, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Denmark, Spain & Switzerland will all be sent tracked, so we can always find out where your box is.

Environmental awareness

Protecting the environment is something that we are all passionate about at Witchbox and we constantly strive to further improve our efforts. We now send out our monthly boxes with biodegradable bubble wrap, use shredded paper for packing and use no plastic mailing bags to send them out in. We have also sourced a supplier for bio-degradable bags, which you will have seen if you received our 'Earth Element' box. 

We have also now partnered with Clean Ocean Initiatives to donate a portion of every box sale that we make. For every £1.30 donated, 1kg of ocean-bound plastic is removed from our waters. This is something that everyone at Witchbox is incredibly passionate about. Since taking effect, we have recovered 228kg of ocean-bound plastic.

Witchbox Community Group

We have a private Facebook community group just for all of our subscribers! The group receives regular exclusive content posts, such as spells and infographics and is a great place to talk all things witchy with many like-minded individuals. We also keep a close eye on the group and participate in the conversation, so it's an easy way to stay in touch with us outside of email and instant messaging.

We appreciate our friends living in the EU are being charged costly shipping rates on top of import fees. Therefore all EU customers will now pay £36 including shipping.
